Craig Long is the managing attorney of Craig Long, LLC, which he founded in 2004. Craig is also the manager and owner of Alpha Title & Closing, a title company that underwrites title insurance in residential and commercial real estate closings. Craig Long, LLC has a significant real property practice, closing residential and commercial transactions throughout Georgia. The firm also has a corporate practice advising clients on legal issues relevant to companies of various forms and stages of existence, and a civil litigation practice, litigating cases involving contracts, real estate and business entities of various forms.In addition to the law firm and title company, Craig Long also formed an online real estate school in 2017, Go Pro Real Estate Academy. The school provides education for prospective and current real estate agents, to become licensed or complete their continuing education.Craig graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Government from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia in 1997. Craig served as vice-president and president of the student body while at Liberty University. Craig earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University in Arlington, Virginia in 2002. Craig completed the program in Corporate Securities law at George Mason, and wrote a thesis paper entitled, “The Implications of the Efficient Capital Markets Hypothesis on Capital Markets and Capital Market Regulation.”Craig is married to Katherine Long and has two sons who are seventh generation Atlantans.
Alyssa is a 3L law student at Emory University School of law. Alyssa is in the transactional certificate program at Emory, which includes doctrinal, business and skills courses relating to business deals. Alyssa earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Alabama in Economics. Alyssa was a summer associate for Craig Long, LLC in Summer ’22 and prior to that interned for the Honorable Judge W. Keith Watkins, US District Court in Montgomery, Alabama.
Summer ’23 Alyssa was an Investment Banking Summer Analyst for Rothschild & Co, where she modeled financial statements and performed valuation analysis on prospective transactions. Alyssa is married and lives with her husband and dog in Atlanta.
